Cooties

Sometimes I just miss the days when all I had to worry about was getting cooties on the play ground.

Myrtle Beach

Brett and I just needed to get out, even if it was just a day trip. So we went to Myrtle Beach for the day. It was soooo cold. But sooo nice!

Canvas

I am trying to learn how to make canvas's to decorate my house. What do you think? I am not that Crafty, but I am trying.

Valentines Day

Can I just say I LOVE MY HUSBAND! Brett surprised me when he got home from work with a Rose and a gift certificate to the spa. I thought we were just going out for v day this year that I wasn't expecting a present too. Kudos to him. We got a babysitter ( who by the way did an awesome job with Kaiya, including her big blow out diaper). We went to Macaroni Grill, which was tons of fun since that was where we went on our first date. Then we heard it was gonna rain so that canceled our plans to go to the beach. So we went to the church and slowed danced one song. Which is all I wanted and then went grocery shopping. HAHA Yes, but hey it was nice just to be together and not worry about Kaiya. Then after we got home and put Kaiya to bed Brett gave me a facial along with a nice head, neck and foot rub. He got out his massage table, turned on the relaxing music dimmed the lights and all. It was a great end to a nice night out. Thanks Brett!!

Random

So with the warmer weather the clothes came off, well of Kaiya they did. She got some of her loved Diaper time and even some naked time. We were trying to let her bum air dry to help out with her Diaper rash. I am also happy to announce we are all finally better YAY! Oh and check out her new standing trick. She is EVERYWHERE now.

Sick Sick and more Sick

And trust me you will be happy their are no pictures with this post. Last Wednesday Kaiya had a temperature that was off and on until Friday. Then started the Blow out Diapers and Throwing up. If that wasn't enough, then on Saturday I got it. YAY! I was in bed all day, besides running to the bathroom to throw up. Thank goodness to Brett, who cleaned the whole apartment and took care of Kaiya. When I finally felt like I could at least sit up Saturday night it was Brett's turn. He spent the whole night back and forth to the bathroom. While I was up off and on through the night with Kaiya. Sunday morning both still not feeling all that great laid around the house while Kaiya slept. We did manage to get out to the park Sunday afternoon to try to shake off the sickness. But Monday and Today we are back to not feeling so good. Poor Kaiya has been throwing up still, but much much less, I wish I could say the same for her Diapers. Let just say its been a rough week. But one a positive note. Kaiya has learned to climb up on things. It's so cute. Except at bed time. Which now she crawls to the side of the crib climbs up and yells out ( not crying, just Yelling) for someone to come play.

A Day Out!

Last Saturday we decided to get out of the house. We went down to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Once we got out and started walking around we realized how cold it was. Also the only thing open were the bars, everything else was closed for the winter. But it was still nice to get out of the house and walk around.

I don't want to go to bed yet!
