It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Today we went and got our tree...YAY! There is a place called Lewis's Farm right by our house. We went and picked out our tree. After finding an awesome tree we went in and had homemade ice cream while they wrapped our tree up and tied it to our car. How awesome is that. Brett also picked out some Apple Butter. So we got home and put up the Tree and decorated it. kaiya loves to smack the branches and I just love the smell. Now the house truely is looking a lot like Christmas. I have homemade Bread in the oven to go with the apple butter. I love this time of the year!!

SOOO THANKFUL

I am soo thankful for so many things. I am thankful for Brett and the hard work he does for our family. Not only is he working full time but he is also in school full time right now pulling straight A's. If that wasn't enough he still makes time to help me out with Kaiya and play with us. He is truely an amazing man. I am also very thankful for Kaiya is always has us laughing. I will post a video of a good example of that. I can't mention the video with out being thankful for such an awesome dog that puts up with all of us, especially Kaiya. I am thank ful for my family and my in-laws who are awesome!. I am thankful for a place to live and always finding a way to get by. I love my Heavenly Father and I am so grateful for all that he gave. I am thankful for Jesus Christ!

Thanksgiving this year was a lot of fun. Brett's parents went to Hawaii, so we didn't get to see them. But we still went to their house and ment up with some of Brett's sisters to eat. Kaiya had fun with her cousins. I had fun baking/cooking for 3 days. All of the food tasted soo good. Life is GOOD!!

Happy Halloween

We had such a fun Halloween! It was so cute to see Kaiya catch on to trick or treating. First we went to the church for trunk or treat. After a few cars she caught on quickly and would run up and look for the basket of candy. Then after we came back to our street and trick or treated with some friends. Kaiya would run up to the doors and work her way to the bowl. She would take FOREVER to figure out what she wanted. It's funny whenever there were smarties she would always end up with those. Afterwards we came back to our house where we had a bunch of friends over to play games and just hang out. My friend brought over a fog bubble machine and the kids had hours of fun with it. Especially Kaiya. It was such a fun night.
